Full Recruitment Service

We will offer a full recruitment service as an alternative to simply advertising on the site. This service is deigned to be fully inclusive and make the process for you as quick, efficient and painless as possible. At every step of the process we inform you of progress made and of the next steps we will be taking. You are in control and updated throughout.

The service includes

Any advertising that we place on this site and elsewhere as required.

The distribution of job specifications, person specifications, terms and conditions of employment, draft contracts of employment, school profiles and location information to prospective candidates. This information is prepared by you in accordance with our guidelines.

The establishment of a short list for your approval

The conducting of interviews (with or without your presence) producing of interview reports and making of recommendations.

The taking of references on recommended candidates.

Final selection and job offers. The final job offer and all contractual matters are undertaken by the client.

Criminal record checking is available for an extra cost.

We can also tailor a package of recruitment support services to suit your needs. These can include interviewing candidates, reference taking and criminal record checking. Please contact us for details.

Fees

Please note all fees are in pounds sterling and are payable at 30 days against our invoice. In some cases we might require pre-payment.. The full recruitment service is undertaken on a no-recruitment no-fee basis. If we do not find you a suitable teacher, you owe us nothing.

All fees are quoted in pounds sterling and are subject to UK VAT at prevailing rates.

Professor 10% of the annual gross salary

Publishing

Junior and Middle Level Posts 10% of the gross annual salary
Senior posts 20% of the gross annual salary.
